The studio offers complete comprehensive Pilates instruction on all Pilates Apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Pilates Chair, Springboard) in addition to Bodhi 4 Point Suspension System, Orbit/Mobil Mat, MOTR (More than a Roller), and Aerial Yoga. Angelie was diagnosed with Scoliosis at the age of 13 and has been treating it with Pilates ever since. If you are looking to straighten your spine and relieve some pain. Then a Gyrotonic session is the way to go!
This is a more affordable and flexible way to work out on Pilates Equipment. Allowing you to work out on your own! An instructor is present in the studio, either teaching another class or working with a client.
